Teach to One, Teach to All

Published on

Math is a subject that will be used by everyone. It cannot be escaped and will show up in our daily lives as financial management, resource use, and scientific study. While the idea of math might be scary to any student, it doesn't have to be. Teach to One is here to help. As a digital resource, the program customizes its lessons, so students can learn how professionals implement math in their careers.

Teach to One places students with common needs into the same group, and their teachers will use a specific type of Learning Modality to accommodate them. Learning Modality use includes Live Investigating, Small Group Collaboration, and Independent Learning. In total, there are nine Learning Modalities to be employed in Teach to One's 9,000 lessons. Even with large groups, teachers are encouraged to build connections with their students and support them in moving forward. The program strives to develop lessons that are satisfying and sustainable, allowing the ideas to stick more with the students who take part in them.

Teach to One has teamed up with schools to help bring their method to the public. A support team of technical, operational, and instructional specialists will be on-site at these partner schools to assist the teachers and administrators. The Teach to One: Math Portal allows teachers to track learning progress, review performance history, and set goals.

Math might not always be easy, but by using Teach to One, teachers can aid even more in their students' academic growth. By forming good learning habits, students have the chance to strive in ways they never knew before. By working in groups, students will learn how to collaborate with others and expand their minds. Teach to One is moving beyond traditional classroom methods and cutting out new techniques for the future.
